Gissing is a small rural village deep in the flat English countryside of South Norfolk. At its heart is a victorian primary school, now used for various community activities, most notably as a Childrens Centre.

The Heart of Gissing also supports a range of ongoing community activities including a monthly meetings of the Garden Group, Reading Group, Crafts Group. and a Table Tennis Group. For details of these, and other events such as the summer social event, take a look at the programme of events.

Heart of Gissing is a charity which exists to maintain and develop the building as a lively centre of village activity. You can find out more about the charity, and how it is run, here.
